Australia-wide Shipping
Daisy chain offers standard shipping in Australia

Standard shipping is around $8, but the cost is dependent on how much you order! (shipping takes approx. 4-7 business days)
Once an item has been posted, Daisy Chain is not responsible for any issues during shipping including delays, stolen packages, etc. Daisy Chain will not replace items in any orders that have been stolen, lost, etc.
The current processing time is 3 -6 business days. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and made to order, therefore it will take a couple days to complete the order before it ships.

Refund Policy
We love our products and we are certain that you will love them too, but we understand that mistakes can happen from time to time. That's why Daisy Chain is here to help to make the refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Due to hygiene reasons, our items are unfortunately non-refundable nor exchangeable. But, if an item has been damaged or faulty/broken upon arrival, please Dm us on Instagram (Daisychain.shop) or email us (daisychain.sa@gmail.com) with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and the reason for refund or exchange. If damaged or faulty, Daisy Chain will refund the cost of that item (excluding shipping costs) or we will exchange your item for another.
An item will be deemed as damaged or faulty if:

earrings have fallen apart or broken upon arrival

bracelet or necklace has been broken upon arrival
Please email us within 2 days of arrival or you will not receive a refund.
*IMPORTANT*
All items that are listed on this website are hand-made, which mean there possibly could be minor imperfections (e.g. slight variance in colour and thickness, small marks, etc.) that are not present in product photos. These minor imperfections do not hinder the overall functionality or aesthetic of the item, and will therefore not be deemed as faulty or damaged.
